You’ll be minutes from Oak Island Golf Club, the Oak Island Lighthouse, and the Nature Center, making it easy to enjoy both outdoor adventures and laid-back coastal living. While the home is not waterfront and does not offer water views, its central location makes exploring the island simple and stress-free.
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the home with the exception of a few locked owner and cleaner storage closets. These include the master bedroom closet, select bathroom closets, and the kitchen pantry closet, which are reserved for owner and housekeeping use. All other areas of the home are fully accessible and exclusively for guest use.
