We had a great time! It was perfect for us and our two small children. It was very very clean so I felt comfortable with my girls playing on the floors. We were greeted with a very sweet basket with snacks that our kids loved! Beds were comfy and plenty of towels and paper products. Close enough to get food in minutes but far enough away to have quiet. On the first night, the heat wasn't working properly and we couldn't believe how fast the response was. We left to grab dinner and the hosts had someone out and it fixed before we were even back. We would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the beach and pool more!

I would’ve liked to have seen extra blankets and extra towels for our use being that there were only four towels in the bathroom and we had four guests. The only blankets that were available were the ones that were on the beds with no extra in the closet.

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for our move while we were in between houses while we moved and were waiting for our furniture to arrive! Dee was amazing and helped us locate our dog when she escaped with the help of our 2 year old! 10 stars if I could!!!

Dee's place was exactly what we needed for our weekend trip. The dogs were safe in the yard, which was a HUGE concern of mine. The entire house felt welcoming and we were right at home. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our group of four couples had ample room and were comfortable in the space both before and after running the Wilmington Historic Half Marathon. The location was good and the house was lovely.

Dee's place was prefectly located down-town. It was a quick walk for me down to the Cotton Exchange for a pedicure. I even got to see Santa! The 1 bedroom loft was perfect for my short getaway. The fireplace was perfect for this time of the year. Everything was clean and the place was so cute. The ambiance was so relaxing. I did get a little lost on finding the parking garage, but a quick message and that was easily fixed in no time. Dee was peomt in reply and help. I enjoyed my stay.

The house was as described and a very functional space for our family. Everything was in working order. I was pleasantly surprised by how many unexpected items were available to us (basket of goodies in the kitchen, toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom, k cups for coffee…) I was also happy that they had liquid hand soap rather than bars of soap.

This is a beautiful little beach cottage that was perfect for our vacation. The location is excellent (on the beach!) and the home is well-kept, clean, neat, and modern. The check in was very easy and smooth and the host was very responsive and welcoming. We would highly recommend the host and this home!

Well decorated, clean and cozy! Close to everything! Easy to get in and out! Perfect place for a weekend getaway! Great communication from Dee! Cannot express how great our stay was!
